Application Fees & Deposits (Online payments only):
- Application Fee - $50 per adult 18 years or older
- Holding Deposit - $300 applied towards Security Deposit at Move In
- Security Deposit on approved credit
- One Bedroom $1,000, Two Bedroom $1,250, Three Bedroom $1,500
Section 8 Documentation Requirements:
- Section 8 Voucher for unit size requested provided by SDHC
- Maximum Rent Notice Form provided by SDHC
- Maximum Family Contribution provided by SDHC
- Request for Tenancy Approval (RFTA) packet provided by SDHC
